My Chariot is a modified Leyland P76 for the Wide Open Spaces of Australia.
Let me introduce you to "my Dream" a world where what you see is from my inner throughts and others.
Greeting to you all, thanks for taking the time peruse my sites.
I have been making web sites since 1998, when after visiting a company of two people in the finance area they gave inspiration to attempt it.
Never real gone past the KRIS (Keep It Simple Silly) so you will not see advanced designs but some "quirky" things.
My websites are done for the fun and training purposes.
My biggest web site, relates the a passion I have for a Marque of cars which were the BMC Marque and then Leyland Australia.
Since my earliest thought that were the traveling from Cobar to Nowra NSW, our family had Morris ISIS, then later my mother bought a red Morris Mini K, while living in Sydney.
When I read about Leyland Australia releasing the Model A car in 1972 I was in a position to get one while my friends went for Holden and Fords.
When Model B cars arrived on the scene in 1973 the Leyland P76, still had some years to go to pay it off, found the change over was too expensive, so it slipped from my mind.
In 1998 I was my wife and son at a car yard, noticed a Nutmeg (brown with sparkles) P76 seeking a traded in. We had just got our son and I thought now was the right time to get one. Approached the owners and a month later the obsession started.
Twenty five years later I am still madly intoxicated with the cars , the clubs and the car itself. (A junkie.)
Over the period attending event, capturing photos and stories I have built the site and now has about 45 Gigabyte of files.
As with a very flexible job I was able to grow into other areas like Scouting, family events ,travel and another intriguing item "Furbies".
The Logo and Name
You will notice at the bottom of the website a drawn character.
This drawing was done one evening by a visiting Artist to our Cub Scout Pack way back.
As he was looking for a subject he used me and I have to thank Mr Millet for doing it.
My Cub Scout name is "Yowee" and comes from the aboriginals of Western Australia (meaning - a ghost like man. Good or bad I don't know)
Business model
I have used it to build a imaginary business model where I can give free advice on the web, IT and other things.
