What a great trip we had together, Leonard and I.
Tomorrow is mothers Day and I wanted to get home. We have seen the areas we have to go through with previous outing.
Only the first half of the day was to be a great experience, which I would recommend to visits to see.
We camped at the local caravan park, had to ring ahead to make a booking.
Long drive from White Cliffs, Camerons Corner then out to Noccundra and down to Thargomindah. Arriving after 6.30pm.
Set up camp and the site was very nice.
Last night in the swag, very glad we did not get any rain on our trip.
Detour into the scrub to check out a Lake Bindegolly
Paddocks of only Emus
Free camping area - Donation accepted
From leaving Roma the trip was to have the Moon in our face.
The glare was annoying.
You will see that my photos become worse due to approach of darkness.
The following photos are as we are heading into the township of Miles
Leonard and I arrived back in Deagon around midnight, after passing through Miles, Chinchilla, Dalby, Toowoomba, Ipswich and Brisbane City
