Line drivers were used for the AMQ service. The service ran between the concentrators on the 27th floor to the stockbrokers Morgan, Burrells and Bell-Paul Morgan. The unit enabled AAPIS the opportunity to supply the service without purchasing Telstra modems. The service ran at a speed of 64k bps.
