Tentifield site visit late in November
Peter Lewis and Adrian Spencer made a visit to a Vodafone network located outside the township of Tentifield. The site is about 8 klms west of the Township. There are a number of towers located on the hill. The public have access to a lookout on the Tentifield side of the hill.
Peter can be seen climbing the tower to check the software version of the Mitec radio link.
Inside the Hut
Test equipment is inserted in the data line to check whether the monitoring system is responding.
Peter is checking the configuration of the link amplifiers.
