Krone connect modules are used for all Telstra related connection. AT&T 110 used for patching data circuits.

Cabinet # 1





The cabinet has the AAP Dialup B and APN Dialup modems as well as dial modem for Family Radio and backup dialup newstream.

Cabinet 2 has some Newstream feeds for the multidrop telstra modems.

Cabinet 3 has all the regional newstream feeds and wekll as a monitoring PC system.

Cabinet 4 has all the network, phone and data patching points, TV amplifier/distribution as well as the office Hubs.

Cabinet 7 has the Brisbane core routers as well as the Area routers. ISDN backup and cross over switch.

Cabinet 8 holds the Newstream cut over switch, newstream splitters and two Newstream boxes

Cabinet 9 is the CMC fax Switch. Feeds come from the AAPT DM2 and from the core router. E2 interface connects to the AAPT phone system on Level 8

Cabinet 12 hold the 4 pcs. Editorial Fax/print server and domain controllers.

Cabinet # 13 & 15

Cabinets are use to in house PC / servers and Newstrack PC.

UPS


UPS 20 KVA (3 phase input with single phase 80 Amp output), running at 15.4 % of its capacity. The UPS also feeds the Newsroom PCs as well as the comms room.
